Sierra Stanford brings 15 years of corporate finance experience into a space where financial knowledge becomes practical, accessible, and actionable for women building businesses.
Throughout her career, Sierra has worked in corporate finance environments where understanding the numbers is essential to evaluating performance, planning for growth, and making informed business decisions. Through Fiscally Hers, she translates that experience into financial education designed to help women entrepreneurs better understand the financial side of running a business.
Her approach goes beyond teaching financial terminology. Sierra helps entrepreneurs understand what their numbers are telling them, how profitability differs from revenue, why cash flow matters, how to plan and forecast, and how financial information can support stronger business decisions.
